How to get brand deals as a small creator

Can I get brand deals with a small audience?

A small audience can be relevant to a brand when its interests match the product. Show who watches your content, recent performance and an idea the brand can assess. Brandealz considers creators of any size, but selection depends on fit and available opportunities. Joining is free and does not guarantee paid work.

Share your details. Our team will assess fit before any partnership is agreed.

What should a brand see on your profile?

Make it clear what you create, who you speak to and how a brand can contact you. Link to the account where you actually publish and use an email you check. Keep a few representative videos easy to find so a potential partner can understand your work without guessing.

A small account can still be relevant to a specific buyer. Explain the audience problem you can help a product solve rather than describing yourself only by your follower count. If you have never completed a paid partnership, say so. Your ordinary videos can show your presentation style without pretending to be previous client work.

Which numbers should you prepare?

Prepare current views and audience analytics with a clear date range. Brandealz asks for typical views per video over the last 30 days, who watches your content and your profile links. An analytics screen recording is optional in the initial enquiry and can be provided later.

Keep weaker posts in your performance record as well as successful ones. Label the platform, format and dates so someone can interpret the figures. If the account is new or has posted only a few videos, explain that limitation instead of filling the gaps with estimates. Do not present follower demographics as viewer demographics when your analytics distinguishes them.

  • Your main profile and any other active channels.
  • Recent video views and the period reviewed.
  • Audience countries, interests and available demographics.
  • Your availability and an email for partnership enquiries.

How do you describe what you can deliver?

Describe a specific piece of work: the platform, video format, number of posts and the kind of product demonstration you can make. This gives a brand something concrete to consider. Separate creating a video for the brand’s own channels from publishing it to your audience.

Prepare a proposed fee and explain what it covers. Clarify revisions, production effort, usage rights, exclusivity and the time a post stays live. Brandealz asks for your preferred per-video rate when you enquire, but a deal still depends on fit, scope and agreement. We cannot promise that a brand will accept a requested rate.

What makes a useful partnership introduction?

A useful introduction links your audience to a product and suggests a clear content idea. Keep it short enough to assess, and give the recipient a working profile link and a way to request your current analytics. Personalisation should come from knowing the product, not from exaggerated praise.

An example structure is: “I make [format] for people interested in [audience need]. Your [product] could help them with [specific problem]. I could demonstrate [idea]. Here is my profile, and I can share recent views and audience analytics.” Replace the brackets with evidence you can support. This is a writing outline, not a claim that a pitch will win work.

What should you confirm before accepting?

Confirm the brief, agreed rate, deliverables and payment milestones in writing. Ask who approves the script, what revisions are included, where the content may be used and for how long. Extra advertising usage or exclusivity should be discussed before you accept the scope.

Check the relevant advertising disclosure requirements and the platform’s branded-content rules for your market. Keep a copy of the agreed brief and the approval messages. If something is unclear, resolve it before filming rather than relying on a verbal assumption.

  • Can I honestly demonstrate the product and support the claims?
  • Are the posting date, revisions and approval steps clear?
  • Are usage rights, exclusivity and the agreed fee written down?
  • Do I know when and how I will be paid?
  • Do I understand the disclosure and reporting requirements?
